Despite its convenient location Torre Allende is nevertheless a step removed from the dust, noise and hustle and bustle of town. The road carries relatively little traffic, with virtually none overnight. Nor does it lie on bus routes.

Torre Allende is not a massive soulless concrete sprawl. It comprises only fourteen apartments, each of similar layout - those on one side of the building being "mirror images" of those on the other. There are only two apartments on each level. The floor area is a very generous 1900 square feet approximately. You will be delighted with the sense of spaciousness, airiness and light. Each apartment offers two bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite. A walk-in closet is also a feature of the master bedroom complete with hanging cupboards and drawers. Balconies run the full width of each apartment with ceiling-to-floor windows to the living room and principal bedroom giving an enviable impression of spaciousness so often missing in many other, often more expensive, apartments.

The position of the Tower means that ocean views cannot be obstructed.
The new building will require no extensive and expensive modifications or renovations.The builder is prepared to continue the management of the development or hand over the responsibility in the future - if requested - to an Owners' Management Committee.
